Our team manages supplier coordination, contracts, invoices and payments. The Time Slot reserves capacity only; goods, manufacturing, materials, packaging and logistics remain separate.
Capacity, period, supplier availability and commercial terms are established before a Time Slot is presented as firm.
The agreement, invoice, payment, confirmation and current status remain connected to the relevant Time Slot.
Each Time Slot reflects the buyer's requirement and the supplier capacity being reserved; it is not a standardised commodity.
Capacity reservation, manufacturing, goods and logistics are kept commercially distinct throughout the process.
