A MetaMint Time Slot is a contractual right to use defined supplier production capacity during an agreed period. MetaMint manages the supplier coordination, agreement, invoice, payment and connected reservation record.
A Time Slot reserves a defined number of hours on a supplier's manufacturing capacity for an agreed period. The reservation becomes firm after the supplier confirms availability and the agreed payment is made, and may remain valid for up to 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
MetaMint does not provide or arrange finished goods, raw materials, product design, specifications, manufacturing, packaging, logistics, shipping, customs, import or export. Those requirements must be arranged independently outside MetaMint.
